Happy holidays, Star Trek fans!
There’s new content coming your way this month.
Star Trek: The Next Generation, The X-files, The Borg, and other beloved Star Trek shows are all coming to the PC, Mac, Linux, PS4, and Xbox One this month as part of the Christmas update.
In a separate post, the team at DICE said they’ll be adding a bunch of new content to the game, including new ships, missions, and ships for you to customize.
These are all part of a “Christmas Special,” which will be a celebration of the holiday season and a tribute to the team that created the franchise.
DICE also said they’re “actively looking to improve the overall gameplay experience,” and added that the team is “looking forward to sharing our work with you.”
Check out the full list of new ships and missions below.
The game will also see a bunch more ships, ships for customization, and a new multiplayer map that’s been designed for both competitive and competitive-style play.
Dice has also been working on a new game mode, Star Wars: The Old Republic, and it’s coming this year.
You can learn more about it in the full patch notes.
It’s also worth noting that you’ll get some new ships for each ship class that you can use, and you can earn points to unlock additional classes.
The Star Trek crew is also going to be returning, and the team has released some gameplay clips from the upcoming episode of the series, “The Best of Both Worlds.”
Star Trek is coming back for a new season, so make sure to keep checking back.
The Christmas update is available now on the PC and Mac.
